Frostegater delivers a perma-patch for 6.20 TN-E, which permanently patches Total_Noob’s Homebrew Enabler (HEN) into memory, automatically enabling homebrew from a cold boot, each and every time.
For me I don’t mind the extra step of executing 6.20 TN-E from a cold boot. It’s safer, and sometimes I don’t care to be homebrew-enabled. But to each their own; if you want to eliminate the extra step then patch on.
Install
Download the perma-patch archive
Copy “TN_E_Permanent_PatchV2″ to PSP/GAME
Launch 6.20 TN-E
Disable “Protect Flash0″ under TN Settings
Launch the perma-patch
Press X
Press O
Fail-safe (if PSP does not power on)
Press TRIANGLE to delete vsh.txt, game.txt, pops.txt, version.txt in /seplugins/
Press O + X + SELECT + START
Press R-TRIGGER to use Recovery Menu.
Now remember: Messing with flash memory can be dangerous — you’re using this patch at your own risk.

5.Deschide Perma-Patch-ul.
6.Apasa X.
7.Apasa O.
IMPORTANT!
In caz ca PSP-ul nu porneste:
1.Apasa Tringhiul pentru a sterge vsh.txt,game.txt,pops.txt,version.txt in /seplugins/.
2.Apasa O + X + SELECT + START.
3.Apasa R-TRIGGER pentru a folosi Recovery Menu.
NOTA:Se instaleaza cu propiul risc!
Poate produce brick!
Merge pe 1000,2000,3000,dar pe Go!,la unii a mers la altii a facut brick.
